helpful staff smooth check-in small room missing dresser
Check-in was smooth. It was just what i needed after my flight. The staff on the main floor quickly learned my name, which charmed me. The location is amazing and the staff were really helpful.
My room felt small. I was a bit disappointed by the lack of a dresser. (I had expected more space.) I was charged a deposit upon arrival. No one informed me about this charge beforehand.

Charmed by the Hari
great location diligent staff excellent cuisine
The location near the park proves super. Coffee places are nearby, as is Harrods. The staff were very diligent about their customers and address concerns. The onsite restaurant provided service and cuisine of excellent quality.
Upon arrival, I were charged an unexpected deposit. I was not inform in advance. I only realized the total was higher when the transaction processed.

My room occupied a high floor. It was spacious, modern and clean. The room also had a corner sofa by the window, it provided a bright spot to relax during the day.

The hotel location is excellent for accessing many sites. Hyde Park, Sloane Square and Knightsbridge are close. Victoria Station is also near. Buckingham Palace is easily reached by foot.

The hotel breakfast included variety and quality. Donuts and drinks provided additional refreshments. A charming hostess was very kind and helpful making the dining experience great.

unexpected deposit hidden charge
the location was convenient.
the room felt smaller than expected, even after an upgrade, and it lacked a dresser. i was charged a £200 deposit upon arrival, and this charge was not communicated in advance.

the location proved satisfactory.
The gym facility was quite compact. the food, though acceptable in the restaurant, needed more seasoning. i found an unexpected charge of £45 added to my bill. This was attributed to exceeding a £30 breakfast limit not clearly stated initially..

warm welcome signature scent plush bedding
I felt a warm welcome. The check-in was effortless. The lobby features modern design with soft lighting. It also has comfortable seating and a subtle signature scent. The room was super clean and spacious. The plush bedding made rising each morning difficult. Every detail felt intentional. The high-quality toiletries and perfectly placed lighting impressed me.
I found a very minor issue, as some details fell short of my expectations.
